The Grand Electric is a go-to spot for Mexican food in Toronto, simply for its enticing specials and laid-back atmosphere. However not always ideal when scarfing down tacos, there is no better time to wear white than during the summer. This dress has become a favorite of mine with its twist on the off the shoulder trend.
